Lame Excuse for Medical Aid

My family and I are on the Ingwe Plan, which is the cheaper option of the plans momentum offers, but
shoudnt mean that we should not be treated as any of the other members of Momentum health.
I recently went through a miscarriage and when I phoned MH they said I have already used my out of network
benefit and would have to pay for the consultation at the ER Trauma Unit myself (R680) excluding bloods and x-rays and any other tests.
my son also recently had grommets put in and ananoids removed, a few months later we got a letter from the specialist saying MH has paid the amount of R 1645.00 in our account we should please settle the account, when I phoned MH to ask where the payment is as we did not receive any payment they said that the payment was allocated to our account, when I asked them which account they deposited the money in, they realised they didn't have our banking details, this is after we have received two final notice letters from the specialist, surely MH could have contacted us to ask us for our details? or pay the Dr directly?
Overall since Jan 2013 we have pathetic service from this Medical Aid, Discovery Keycare which is also a cheaper option is way better.
