On 20/11/2013, I submitted a claim to Momentum Health for attending antenatal classes. The classes had been paid upfront by the member for a total of 8 classes @ R125 each = R1000. This initial claim was rejected by Momentum Health as the procedure code was incorrect. This was amended by the supplier as per the new procedure code provided by Momentum Health, and the updated claim submitted on 11/12/2013. Of the 8 classes attended, Momentum Health have only paid 5 classes to date for a total of R625 on 18/12/2013. Despite numerous follow ups, emails and phone calls with Momentum Health I have been unable to resolve the outstanding unpaid 3 classes (R375). I have been given various reasons about the outstanding payment ranging from the fact that the event was not preauthorised (??? Yet i have a maternity number), to many other reasons. Each time I phone i am given a different reason.
I would like this resolved with immediate effect.
