SO FRUSTRATED!

I am a member of Momentum and my husband a dependant on my plan. Although they deduct money from my account every month, the dentist said that Momentum says I am not a member and during our honeymoon my husband was taken up as an emergency in Kimberley and now they have billed us saying that Momentum keeps responding that the dependant details are incorrect, even though the details is from the card that MOMENTUM gave me. We have had not 1 pleasant experience with Momentum since I joined and since my previous company forced me to take this medical aid I don't fully understand anything about the plan I choose and what is covered and what is not. Perhaps if I could meet with a consultant to explain all these issues, but I cannot spend hours on the phone trying to clarify nonsense.
