I wanted to ignore this and unfortunately this morning the temper just flared again!

I cancelled my medical aid purely to join my husband's medical aid to save (thank goodness that I did not do it the other way around!). Please note that this was done with an active broker as well.
A week ago I received a letter of some Debt Recovery company to recover the debt from Momentum Health after "... you ignored all previous notification in respect of this outstanding balance...". Upon my query of these notifications to me, which incidentally I never received, Momentum Health could also not provide me with details of these alleged notifications. This is with ALL my contact details on and existing Momentum policy AND an active broker.

Now - Momentum Health - I paid you your money but please be assured that I will never do business with you again and I will also make sure that consumers that ask me about Momentum Health, will get my honest opinion...
