Disturbing attitude from your staff

On Saturday night at about 23:30, my husband and I took our 2-year-old daughter to your casualty room as she had a high fever and was extremely lethargic. After signing in, I politely asked the lady behind the counter if I could have a cup for the water cooler as there were none supplied in the cup holder. Her response: 'there are no cups'. Not wanting to make a scene in front of my daughter, I asked another nurse if she knew where I could get a cup. She shouted out to the people at reception to try and assist me in finding a cup. Another lady scrounged through the cupboards and eventually found me one. Once in the wards, we had to witness two of your nurses have an argument over the one bumping into the other, at full volume in front of my daughter. It is perplexing enough for a 2-year-old to be in an emergency ward without witnessing this chaos. The same nurse involved in the argument rudely passed me the cup while I was trying to console my daughter - apparently there was not enough space for her charts and my tiny cup? The doctor was lovely, unfortunately your nurse disagreed to his diagnosis and another rude argument ensued, again in front of my daughter. WHO ARE YOU PEOPLE!?
