Horrible service

Extremely bad service.
Bad drinks: all shooters were warm and drinks took 20 minutes to be served, incorrect orders.
Horrible food: the veggies were raw, the sirloin was fatty and over cooked, the pork belly was pure fat and no meat.
Bad service: the waiters were clueless, the trainee chef ruined the meat when cutting into it with a blunt knife and the bar man does not know what a chocolate cake is.
Then, an hour after we left, the waiter came to our room with additional expenses without being able to explain the reason for in simple English. We settled the bill before we left with him standing next to us.
Overall weak service and very disappointed with no reason to return what so ever.
