My child could have died!!!

I rushed my daughter to hospital on 17/06/2013 at around 20:00. I am shocked and appalled at how things are being done at garden city hospital
My 8 year old daughter could barely walk on her own. And when I get to casualty there is no one at the front desk (not reception- casualty)
Finally when this woman does make an appearance she looks in my direction knowing I need urgent help! And she gets up and rushes off somewhere
I then took a seat in the chair that would be opposite to where she would be seated to take down my details
While my daughter is barely conscious on another seat!!!
She returns again and LITERALLY SHOOS ME AWAY!!! To have a CHAT and find out what had happened in the emergency room! At this point I had been waiting for assistance for about 45mins
My husband then had to carry my daughter out and back to the car for us to take her somewhere where we could possibly get help
This is inexcusable!!! This was an emergency as well!!!
THIS LADY'S JOB IS TO ASSIST WITH OPENING FILES AS QUICK AS POSSIBLE
NOT RUNNING AROUND ACTING AS IF SHE IS PART OF PARAMEDICS!!
