We booked this guest-house for my wedding weekend and got all the details on their website. We then dealt with someone working at the venue at the time and payed R4000.00 deposit for the weekend. Now 2 weeks before our wedding calling them and confirming all our details we learn that the person who made our booking did not make the booking and took our money. Now the owner is just not doing anything about it and not refunding us. The guest-house is now booked by someone else and we have no where to go. All the arrangements for my photographer, make-up and hair, video was set to be at this venue. Owner is still not worried and is just saying sorry we did not deal with her directly. PLEASE TAKE RESPONSIBILITY OWNER!!! This happened to other people as well!!! Be warned to stay far away from this place as possible...
