Spent the past 2 hours sitting in Netcare Suninnghill casualty for a follow up on stitches, which they asked us to do. Eventually was told by a nurse that a doc will come to see us. The doctor on duty had the rudest attitude i have ever encountered, shouting at the nurse that we are non-emergency. He then proceeded to sit on a chair and do nothing, while we waited in an exam room. Eventually i asked for my wifes file back so we can leave. Went to Mediclinic and service was prompt. Bye Netcare, wont see us again.
