I rushed my daughter to Wilgehwel Hospital at 6.25am on Saturday morning in writhing agony.
On arriving outside casualty I rushed inside and asked if somebody could assist me in getting her out the car, as she was unable to walk.
I waited several minutes, a nurse came out, and looked confused - I asked for a wheel chair, she went back inside to get it, as the two young ladies were so engrossed in discussing their personal lives, they had forgotten to mention to the nurse that I needed assistance!
On admitting her - I was not allowed near her, and twenty minutes later, had not received an update. I kept asking for one - and the young ladies kept going back into the 'casualty area' complaining to the nurses about my 'bad attitude' in front of my daughter.
by 7am... having seen the doctor who was coming on duty... i had had enough, and asked for my daughter to be discharged immediately.
How disgusting that your 'front office' staff, deem it fit to go behind closed doors and complain about the patients mother, in earshot of my daughter... honestly... clearly... you guys forget who is paying the bills.
Train your staff! I left and went to Olivedale - what a pleasure.!!!
