Extremely bad service

I went to the Linmed Hospital on Friday in an Emergency as my 4 Year old Daughter needed stitches and she was bleeding quite profusely and needed medical attention quite urgently. upon arrival at the hospital in casualty I requested to see a Doctor immediately as my daughter is bleeding profusely and she needs stitches, was sent to the procedure room and then had to wait, they took there time in coming to check her vital signs, Eventually a nurse came to check her vitals, they took a look at the wound on her head bandaged it up again (with the same bandage), on finishing opening the file the lady told me that i can have seat and wait... i asked her how long it will take as my daughter is a toddler and she is still bleeding, the blood is coming out under her bandage, she just shrugged and said "Eish, i don't Know" and pulled a face, now according to my Knowledge i thought when in emergency a child will be assisted immediately... but apparently NOT!!! What If she had a concussion or something??? that was the worst service i have ever had!!! I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT, AND WILL BE LETTING EVERYONE KNOW ABOUT THE BAD SERVICE!!!
