I now know why Momentum has a Medical Aid Society in its stable - I don't know how generous the mental health benefits are, but I hope they are substantial, as I would imagine the percentage of their clients suffering nervous breakdowns must be high. I have for about a month been trying to access my Medical aid account via the website (as encouraged by messages from the Medical aid section). Having had no success I placed a comment here and received and immediate response which gave me hope. No such luck - ever since, the whole things has gone beyond pearshape to blob state. last week I was promised I would be phoned with a new password to access the site. Nobody phoned so I phoned today myself- was duly given a password, eventually changed it to my choice and entered the website to be greeted with the following words'No contracts are available where you are a policyholder. Please see the "Other contracts" tab' My exact original complaint! There is no 'Other contracts' tab - despite all the promises nothing has changed except the quantity of hair I have left on my head - tearing it out is not a pleasant experience and I will probably have to consult a trichologist for treatment.
