Upon joining Momentum Health Medical aid in January 2013, we also opted to join Momentum's Multiply Wellness Program in February 2013. We went for the wellness assessment on the 22nd February 2013.
It has been a continuous struggle to activate the Multiply on-line account as well as have the website updated with our latest info. We are thus missing out on the Wellness discounts which Momentum and Momentum Multiply offer.
Further to this, will I be reimbursed with the discounts that I should have qualified for while the on-line account and website have been out of date?
Should I move my Retirement annuities back to Liberty Life and my Medical Aid back to Discovery for a better service from Momentum, what wil it take to get this sorted out?
This is shocking Service from Momentum and it's Multiply Wellness Program!!!
