I have been trying to cancel my medical aid from Momentum Health for the last 3 weeks. I submitted the cancellation at least 5 times and my medical aid is still active. I cant see why this is so hard.
I am fed up with Momentum. I am joining another medical aid, and need a cancellation letter from Momentum. Being frustrated is an understatement.
