I am a member of Multiply and have moved to a different branch. However it's been two weeks now trying to get through Multiply via email, website, leaving messages and holding for 30mins without success. This has led me to freeze my gym routine as I do not have access @ the new branch. I have decided to end my relationship with such poor treatment from this institution but can't get through!!!
