Query for shortfalls

After years of being on discovery medical aid I decided to join momentum as your cover seemed pretty decent but now I'm beggining to question my decision. My query now is relation to some shortfalled payments from my gynae consultantions. I was informed I had 6 consultations from the health platform available to use as I joined my husbands medical aid far along d pregnancy and to get that sorted out I had to complain on Hello peter even. I was advised by my gynae that momentum does not cover the full consultation therefore I need to pay upfront a co-payment of R220 which I did and now I get statements from the collections department that there has been shortfalls on the medical aid side for consultations that I again must pay as the savings was depleted. I was informed that this was a health platform benefit and not from the savings and also that on the incentive option they would cover 200 percent of the bill and why is that not so now? I need someone to please shed some light on this
