Previous complaint rectified

I made a complaint last week about my Vitality Policy not being moved on the agreed upon date. This had consequences for my gym premium and Healthyfood/ Medsaver benefits.
Within 24 hours of my post, i had a response from Discovery, and within 48 hours the policy had been moved and backdated, Virgin Active informed, and points refunded.
