Pathetic customer service

In April 2013 I had joined the gym knowing that I have Discovery Vitality to benefit the 80% as I would of never joined hence I did not have Vitality.

Virgin Active started debiting more than they were suppose to without authorization, as Virgin says that they were informed by Vitality that they had terminated the Vitality benefits without informing the client.

How did Virgin sign us up without consent from Vitality? I was told that I could only get the benefit once its approved from Vitality, Why did Vitality terminate when we knew it was including the medical fee we pay monthly

Please note that I paid the once off fee to receive benefits from Vitality and I was told that I need to repay!!!
