I was moving membership from being main member on Discovery to being a dependant. I had no issues with my Discovery health policy, but Vitality was an issue. First the policy failed to reflect as dependantant on my fiancees policy in terms of my name and number of Vitality points I had, but his required Vitality points have diubled. When asked the call center staff were very confused and firced us to wait 5 working days for the response. The response was that the points from my policy are nit allowed to be moved, when we reminded if the issue that we cannot see me in the policy we were told to wait further 5 days for a respinse. In the few days number of points required on my fiancee's policy decreased. Just three days ago we were asked to send a copy of my passport for us to get my points, and after we did just yesterday I discovered my Vutality policy was cancelked with no nitice or reason. Clearly no one knows what is going on, there is poor communication between the vitality stuff, not to mention there is a 5 day waiting period between each communication because the staff that contacts us always do not know the original issue or what previously been done.
