27 December 2013 I phoned to cancel the upgrade and downgrade back to keycare plus with Vitality.
1st January premium wrongly taken from bank R1029.. Premium should be R390-40
7 January 2014. Virgin Active phone Vitality and ask to adjust premium for keyfit as from 1 January. - No response
9/10 January 2014 Virgin Active phone Vitality and ask again to adjust premium to keyfit. - No response
14 January 2014 Virgin Active phone Vitality and said premium still not adjust - Spoke to Shiraz Ref 3152629297 and shiraz said Vitality will contact us in 5 days - No response
15 January - email to Vitality and discuss problem Ref 3156370072 - No response
18 January - email to Vitality Ref 3160940180 - No response
21 January - I phoned Vitality and spoke to Tenesia Ref 3163712551 - A manager phoned me back and promise to adjust Keyfit premium - They only set keyfit
22 January - I pay R514-50 and still no response from Vitality
23 January - Pamela of Vitality phone me and said that my keyfit benefits are reinstated and the premium will be fixed.
27 January - Premium still not adjust. Virgin active stop my gym. must pay again R514 to gym
