Non existing customer service

I've been to the Wilgeheuwel and Honeydew branch a lot the last 3 months. The customer service is terrible. They ignore you completely when you walk in, treat you like you are a burden seeing as they have to leave their cellphone to assist you and has absolutely no personality. After completing my 24hr urine sample, i decided to take it to Wilgeheuwel instead of Rosebank where my specialist is, the the nurse told me she couldn't read the label and that I had to find out from the dr what he is testing for, then bring it back. Ca stands for calcium, surely she knew that from her schooldays. They just don't want to work, because if she wanted to she could have picked up the phone and called the nurse at the doctor's room and confirmed what i was being tested for. At the Honeydew branch, I phoned to follow up on my test results AFTER a message was left on my cell. A rude lady called Elize answered and told me that she will not give me any results. That after i explained that I got a call from THEM. The sad part is that my money is paying her salary and she still works there regardless her lack of customer service and personality.
