Change of banking details

Yesterday I've e-mailed and faxed the forms required to change my banking details at Fedhealth. I have received an e-mail earlier today indicating that I need to send stamped bank statements and a copy of my ID.

I work 6 days a week, when must I go to the bank? All the info are already on the forms I've sent yesterday, so why must I send bank statements and copy of ID? If worried about security, surely someone can call me and confirm (and record the call)? Even the call-center are not willing to assist and call this "procedures".

I am not going to send bank statements or any other documents just to update my banking details. If this is going to be an issue, I'll rather move to a more competent medical scheme. I trust that this will not be necessary.

Update my banking details, change the debit date to the 25th, and confirm when done.
