Banking details Change

Like really? do I have to write a post to get assistance from African Bank? simple request to update my banking details, I sent documents 3 times, first it was ID and Letter from my bank (was advised its not required but to send 3 months bank statement and ID, that was done, was advised ID needs a stamp from the police station??!! are you for real? do you know how far I am from the station and I work and stay in the middle of nowhere to get that done, I sent for the 3rd time, again, ID copy, 3 months bank statement, letter from my bank, payslip, proof of residence, 5 documents?? you got to be out of your mind to tell me that i need to go to the police station to get a stamp on top of all those documents, 2 of my account were changed last week, FNB and Insurance and it was done over the phone... and with African Bank it's a mission, nothing much has changed but my acc. no. why is that so difficult to change since last week?? come the 25th you will debit month in a closed account and you will mess up my credit profile and bank charges for reversal and you will pay for that and fix my profile. i need this fixed ASAP...
