I received a worrying email from Fedhealth informing me that my banking details had been updated. I had not changes banks or requested an update of details. The details they were updating were not my account details.
I immediately emailed them back asking them to stop and supply me with documentation about who had requested this change. They did not reply and concluded updating the details erroneously.
I sent them another email asking them to contact me and I went to the website and requested a call back.
They have not responded.
