14 emails in 4 days only to receive my statements via email and to obtain the correct banking details for online payment.
The request is to only send statements via email, as I do not have a postal address and haven't received statements in the 2 months that I signed up. I eventually received electronic statements..

Next, they underestimate my intelligence and tell me to phone my bank to show me how to add beneficiaries. Ofcourse I know how to add beneficiaries! The problem is that the banking details on the website and the banking details they send me are different and the banking system doesn't accept it.

This is the most frustrating and simplest of requests. I've only been signed up for 2 months, but looking very much forward to closing my account ASAP - regardless of this outcome.
