Battling to get refund paid into my banking accoun

Approx July 2011 I contacted Discovery to give change of banking details. I told them that I had closed my Nedbank Account and had moved to FNB. To date my subscriptions come out of the FNB account every month. When I phoned to query a refund of an account that I had put in the Discovery box at a medical centre on the 8th January 2013 I was told that it would be refunded into my Nedbank account (which no longer exists). Discovery refused to change the particulars unless I filled in the relevant forms which I have together with a copy of my ID and summary page of bank statement reflecting all my details. After umpteen sessions with Discovery they have not helped me at all. I refaxed all the required forms from Postnet at approx 1pm today 23 January and I have proof that it was sent. At Lonowabo's request it was sent to his attention on fax no 011 5392222. I asked for confirmation by email that now everything would be sorted out today but to no avail. I have just now received an sms from Discovery saying that my banking details were not correct. How is this possible when I faxed them my actual bank statement with my name, address and account no on it and ID? HELP
