Still no changes after 3 weeks

I have sent communication twice (5th August 2013, 12th August 2013) to Fedhealth regarding a change in my banking details. On the 6th of August i submitted a copy of my ID as requested. To-date -19th August 2013- these changes have not been effected.
Currently there are no records for my bank account on my profile. Please will someone investigate and respond urgently. Last Query number received from Fedhealth is : 120813Q78YFF.
If Fedhealth debits my old account this month, the debit will be returned unpaid as I have closed my old bank account.
