I have been trying since last week to change my Banking details.
I call the call center, get told to email a Bank Statement, i tell the call center agent that i refuse to send a bank statement as my finances are private. I am told that a proof of account will be fine. I call the bank and get a Proof of account emailed to me. I send the proof of account to Fedhealth. I call the next day and i am told that the document was not received. I sent the document a second time. Fedhealth Call yesterday and i am told that now i need to send an ID copy. THis morning i send the document and a Copy of my ID. And now i get told in an email 'send us a stamped bank statement for us to load bank details'. Is this a joke?? 3 different agents could not tell me i need a ID copy, and then i get told i only need to send my ID copy and now i have to get a stamped statement. i have called more than 4 times to get this resolved and I think it is not good service.
