No understanding of Medical Aid Requirement

My daughter & I have joined my wife's medical aid, Discovery Health due to resignation from Government Medical Aid (GEMS). Joining was a huge HASSEL. Now the chronic has gone hay-wire, so as visit to specialist. 1st month chronic received 01/09/13; 2nd month has been forgotten although script for 6 months repeat was forwarded. A treatment was done in Feb'13 for Abscess by specialist, now it had worsen but Discovery won't cover me. Discovery service & rules stinks & disgusting. Gems, Medscheme & Fedhealth never offer me a service like this before. They need training from these medical aid to assist clients. VERY ANGRY, TEMPERED, and IRRITATED clients
