I feel the need to comment on the above statement. I have been a patient at this practice for over 6 years and have had nothing but professional and praise worthy attention and service.
I find that the reception staff are friendly polite and above all exceptionally professional and accommodating. Appointments are timeously kept and reminders sent if necessary.
As for the physiotherapist, Tali, I have nothing but praise for her exceptional talent and diagnostic ability. I recently hurt my back and went to her for therapy. Without hesitation she recommended that I see a specialist. Her diagnosis was correct and I landed up having surgery. Whilst recuperating from surgery, I have felt comfortable to call Tali at any time and she responded with empathy understanding and knowledge. Her staff too, are efficient and kind and ensure that all calls are timeously answered. This is an incredible young lady and physiotherapuist I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending her to old and young alike. What a privilege it is to know that my spinal health is in the hands of someone so capable. Thank you for your care Tali.
