I recently joined Discovery. My son is on the chronic care. Ever since March no chronic claims have been processed. This is so frustrating because i am now sitting with bills that have been handed over because Discovery cannot do their Job. i have literraly spoken to a Dozen consultans all tellimg me the same thing it has been escaled we will give you feedback. & months later nothing has happend. Does it take Discovery this long to sort out claims. I should of rather just stayed on my previous medical aid. The consutants promise to call back with feedback and nobody does. I dont know what to do?? i am trying to get assistance from the Council of medical schemes. I am just so frustrated that Nobody at Discovery can help me.
