POOR SERVICE - CHRONIC DEPARTMENT

I have submitted my chronic application form on the 7TH January 2014 (have e-mail for proof), they then came back to me to ask for a motivation letter from my doctor, the motivation letter was not sufficient enough however Discovery said they will submit it as Dr. Seedat from Garden City is refusing to write a second one, on Friday they telephonically said I should wait 9 hours for feedback, today I phoned and the Chronic department is requesting a diagnosis on paper, however it's written on the letter (the lady at discovery confirmed she can read it as well), so today is the 20th January and Discovery still has not authorized my Chronic medication - 13 days later!!! I also cannot understand how Discovery can allow Dr. Seedat to be on their Key Care List if he does not even want to help Key Care patients, I am also frustrated that I need to be on the phone for 30 minutes (can show you records) to get assistance from Discovery! I was just told they need blood test results, why did no one tell me this from the beginning??? I am sick and tired of being sent back and forth for outstanding documents! Discovery is looking for EVERY EXCUSE not to pay for my chronic medication!
