My daughter was ADMITTED TO HOSPITAL AND WE HAVE UNLIMITED HOSPITAL PLAN she had a procedure done Dr E Swart (dermatologist) on her hand while she was admitted that was UNSUCCESSFULL and she ended up bleeding profusely due to her low platelets that she suffers from but Discovery never paid this claim and the DR sent the bill directly to us FOUR MONTHS LATER. Now we want to claim from discovery but once again they are full of excuses. I had to pay this account in CASH, How are we suppose to know how to deal with these medical bills that the Dr's and medical aid schemes are suppose to sort out. WHY ARE THEN PAYING FOR MEDICAL AID??? I SENT THEM ALL THE INFORMATION BUT THEY SAY THEY DID NOT RECEIVE MY PROOF OF PAYMENT, INVOICE FROM DOCTOR.
