Discovery owed money to a supplier for a service that was rendered to me. Discovery told the supplier they will deposit the money into my account and that I need to pay the supplier myself. Discovery told the supplier that they have paid the full amount into my account on the 23rd of July 2013. That money was never deposited into my account. When I phoned Discovery they said they kept that money for an amount outstanding on our savings plan account where I removed a dependant. After I checked my Discovery claim statements I saw that in the same month that I removed the dependant Discovery also took their share of my savings plan. When I requested to speak to a manager they told me to stay on hold. about 15min later I was still listening to music in my ear and not even a sorry sir for keeping you waiting we are still trying to get hold of the manager. How can Discovery take money from me the same month I removed a dependant and 2 years later they take it from me again??? The best of all!!! It shows on my claim statement that an amount of so much was deposited into my account which never occurred. Please Discovery. Can't phone to speak to a manager. I need some explanation.
