I went for a blood test in Dec '12 and the payment was rejected to Lancet due to insufficient funds in my Savings with Discovery. I then spoke to Lancet who assured me that all I need to do was call Discovery, get a Reference Number, check if there are any funds in my savings and re-submit. I call Discvoery today, 25 Jan at 09h00 and get told that they cannot pay it out, I must pay cash!!! What is the point then of having a savings? If I don't pay my Discovey Fee every month then they will be quick to make a million phone calls but when there is money in my account then they will take. It works the same way!!! I will not pay cash, Discovery will make a plan to pay Lancet from my SAVINGS!!! I always have endless problems with Discovery... always and they supposed to be the best!!!
