I owed Discovery money, which I paid. In error Discovery refunded the amount into my husbands bank account not even my bank acocunt. Discovery then realises their mistake they contact me to pay the money back. I was willing to pay the money however I asked for proof - which Im sure any person would have done. I never received the proof therefore I never paid the money back. This was in a space of 2 months.

Discovery has handed me over to ITC however in the interim I paid the money over. Discovery never bothered to get back to me as promised.

Now I am expected to pay the collection fees to ITC. Once again Discovery has not gotten back to me.

How can Discovery expect me to pay the collection costs when this has been your error?
