I sent a script for chronic medication to pharmacy direct 3 months ago. the two previous month I received my medication on time. When I hadn't received my medicine, I contacted pharmacy direct. The response was that the pharmacy forgot to dispense it. It took me the whole morning to speak to the manager. One of the managers didn't return my call. So I phoned again. Then spoke to a manager called Hansley. He organised that I could collect my medication at a pharmacy. We live 50km from the closest pharmacy. Thus the reason for using pharmacy direct. I am in the process of claiming some medicines. But am VERY upset that my medication was not delivered in time. Have heard of other people having the exact same problem!
