Discovery Health
After 2 years I SUDDENLY OWE Discovery money

I resigned my membership of Discovery Health on the 31 August 2011, after being retrenched. I even had to wait till middle December 2011 for Discovery to pay me the money left over in my savings account. This measure they took to see if there were any outstanding claims. On the 31 January 2013 I received and e-mail from Discovery telling me I owe them the amount of, R792.50, for claims they paid out. They even send me this explanation: " This amount is for claims paid from your Medical Savings Account /or for benefits you have used after your membership has ended. When you owe an amount to the medical scheme because you have withdrawn from the scheme, it is called a negative Medical Savings Account balance." Now Discovery have reported me to ITC-BA regarding this matter! I just want to know from Discovery, why did they keep my savings account money for 3 months to pay all outstanding claims and then I still owe them money? Why must I hear about this after nearly 2 years? I didn't changed my e-mail address, nor my cell phone number. I only moved from my physical address a year and a half after resigning from the medical scheme. CAN DISCOVERY PLEASE PROVIDE ME WITH ANSWERS URGENTLY!
