Received a handover notification from Dr Holdt and partners today for a claim not paid by Resolution Health service date 04-01-2013 after numerous e-mails explaining that two different doctors saw my grandson on the same day, our house doctor in the morning and then at the LinMed hospital another doctor in the afternoon, the medical aid bluntly refused to pay the doctor at the hospital emergency. After several me-mail to Rosco thought the account was settled, NO JOY!! Today asking to speak to Rosco he was not avail able as per Reymond Sanderson, 10 min later I requested to speak to Dumaine van Rooyen, Veli Manana promised to help me before 14:00 I threatened to report on hello Peter he assured me no need he will help me, NO JOY!!! he also said he will inform Dumain via e-mail to contact me urgently. My opinion is that they are currently rolling around their tables laughing at me. This month 03 September 2013 Resolution deducted a double contribution R 13 480-00 because they never took a contribution at the beginning of AUG 2013 leaving me financially broken, but people working at Resolution doesn't care about their members.
