Resolution Health Medical Scheme
Disgusted with Resolution Heatlh's Service

I had a minor procedure done at Mulbarton Hospital on 11 July 2013. Resolution Health said they phoned me explaining, but the only call I got was with the authorisation number. Now Resolution Health are refusing to pay the account.

Please assist me in what steps to take regarding this matter.
