Pay back my contribution for last year

Good day,

According to resolution, I've cancel membership by them but they don't have any backup for this.

Please I need help, I can't go to the doctor they don't pick me up on the system.

This is going on for 3 Wee already and still they can't give me answers.

If they don't want to help me they must pay me back my my contribution for last year and I WIll find myself a other medical aid who wants to help people!!!
