Resolution Health Medical Scheme
Not paying perscribed medicine

End of last year we still had R13 000-00 left in my over all limit but during 2013 I had to pay medicine and certain doctor out off my pocket Today my wife took our 19 month old grandson to the doctor because of a running stomach, he was diagnosed with a stomach virus and the doctor prescribed vitamin to replace essential vitamins he lost in the process, the cost R100-00 but the medical aid is not paying, how ridiculous can it get I pay R7500-00 a month this year 2014 contribution and as I believe have R15000-00 in my overall limit so why do do they embarrass my wife in front of the public that is why a person have a medical aid so they can pay for these little things

Another issue they don't even respond back to a complaint and there client service because mostly they respond with "this is medical aid protocol" and they don, t listen to reason instead of paying for the vitamins as per doctor prescription they would prefer that the bay gets taken up in hospital that might cost thousands how stupid can one be like I said last year I lost R13 000-00 I paid for it through my contributions
