I Paid him R500 to be told nothing & feel insulted

His a plastic Surgeon i wanted my arms fixed as i walked into the room he had a attitude already
looking at what i wanted to do and told me he cant do a thing then told me in a nice way to leave of only being in the practise for 3 MINUTES now i must pay for 3 Minutes R500.00 I want my money refunded and a grievance put on his medical history
