I found out on Friday afternoon while at the doctor that me medical aid has been suspended! How the is this possible? It is my responsibility to ensure that funds are available for the debit order, but it is resolution heaths responsibility to ensure that my account is debited! How the can my medical aid be suspended because of this! It is not my fault, why the should I be paying for a medical aid whereas when I go to a doctor, I need to pay cash! If I was in a worse situation, what the would I have done? What flipping dumbness is this?
How the is this going to be resolved?
If i do not get assistence regarding this, i will cancel because its pointless being on this medical aid!
