Resolution Health Medical Scheme
No proper training given to Client Service people

Yesterday the 5th March 2013, afternoon I gave Resolution Health a call to find out how to buy a nebulizer on the medical aid? The first lady I spoke to Diane, replied that I have an amount on my Scheme Option of R590.00 to buy medical equipment, which I asked the following questions to, do I need a prescription from the doctor and do I need to go to the doctor? Which she replied to "No mam you can go to any pharmacy and get the nebulizer you are covered". The claim was rejected at clicks, I phoned Resolution at 8am 6th March 2013, and again was replied the amount that was available and again the lady said I can go to any pharmacy to collect and it will be covered, which to that I phoned Resolution at 10:00am to get the correct napy code to provide the pharmacy to speed up the process, which was the third call to Resolution, with the third call I was brought up to speed that the information that I received the previous two times was incorrect and that I needed a letter or prescription from the doctor to say that a nebulizer was needed, which to that I answered that the previous two ladies said otherwise, Jimmy Supervisor of call centre and he would help, They refused to help after all the calls.
