Im at the doctor friday 10/05/2013, sitting waiting to be help, only to be told the doctor im at had not been selected as my doctor in the network, even though i have been using this doctor for the last 3 years, so i call discovery hang on forever, go through the whole story of explaining to them what happened, and that im at the doctor and need medical attention right away, im told i cant see the doctor as i have to wait, i have been with discovery for many years and they couldnt assist me with a minor GP visit, during the call my phone went off, and i explained that my phone will most likely go off as the R40.00 airtime was clearly not enough, they didnt even call me back when the phone went off, so i had to leave, spend the whole weekend without being seen by the doctor because discovery refuses to assist me, yet i have proof of sending the information to them for the selecting my keycare doctors to them, it was on the same form of choosing my medical scheme, if being on discovery was not compulsary where i work i would leave these pirates as soon as possible.
