My child visited DR B Ncence PR: 0250120 on Monday the 05/08/2013, she was turned away as it was her first visit for this specific doctor because she recently changed her primary doctor and she didn't have a discovery certificate, What the heck is that?
What gets to me is, when a child visits a Doctor there's always one reason, the child is sick, and this one was sent away regardless.
I called the DR on the 07/08/2013 and spoke to a rude secretary of his who dropped the phone on me 3 time because I had to many question. My child was not on their list, so why didn't they call discovery to confirm the primary doctor like any other doctors. Is this a new procedure now? is not enough for one to pay for medical aid now patients must make sure that they carry certificates around for medical assists?
Are these the kind of doctors you hire on your network? I'm not happy with this at all, this child has been sent up and down enough, I don't have time with this anymore.
