To whom it may concern,

I contacted the call centre in July 2013 for my husband's tax certificate and was given the run around & many empty promises until I called on the 13/08/2013 and spoke to an efficient, understanding consultant. I was quite annoyed and he assured me that I will receive the tax certificate. I received it shortly & he also called back to ensure that I did. Thank you Anand, your swift, excellent help made up for the Discovery consultants who didn't deliver on their promises.
