7 weeks, still no response

I made contact with Discovery regarding my tax certificate on 05/08/2013, 22/08/2013, 23/08/2013, 27/08/2013, 10/09/2013 - to date I have not received my tax certificate - I keep getting automated responses via email - and received one phone call to confirm my email address (early August 2013). Please let me know if you will assist me anytime this year? This is not good service as all!
