A smile on my face

I previously had trouble getting information on my benefits and was not assisted very well. I received a call back from Salome and she was a great help. She answered all my questions, made an effort to get the needed info to me and also made the changes necessary.
It was a pleasure speaking to her and thus the smiley face. :-)
